Dear customers,
Due to the current situation, we have made some changes in our pharmacy, our service and operational procedures with the aim of containing the coronavirus. These measures follow, among others, a recommendation of the Federal Chamber of Pharmacists.
As of today, you will find protective walls made of Plexiglas at all our checkouts to protect both you and our employees from possible infection by the corona virus.
Furthermore, we ask that the following points be observed:
- You may Maximum 3 clients are in the pharmacy at the same time. Please wait outside the pharmacy if necessary.
- Please keep a safe distance of at least 1.50 metre to other people (see markings on the floor).
- If you have been in a risk area and have a fever + cough or breathing problems, please stay outside the pharmacy and call us on 089 31 32 365 an. We will then serve you through our emergency service hatch to the right of the entrance.
- If possible we ask for Card payment.
- Currently we only offer a Restricted Messenger service an.
- Please keep your Stay at the pharmacy as short as possible.
We want to be able to continue to supply you with medicines. Incidentally, we are now also happy to advise regular customers online via Video chat.
