유럽여행 중 뮌헨에서 감기에 심하게 걸려서 진짜 아팠는데 약국가도 영어할 줄 아는 약사가 별로 없어서 증상설명도 어렵고 진짜 짜증과 서러움이 섞여서 여행 망했다 생각하고 있는데 혹시나 하는 마음으로 '한국어 가능 약국'을 검색 해봤더니 딱 한 곳이 나오더라고요! 뮌헨 다운타운에서 에스반으로 한 번 갈아 타고 총 25분 정도 걸렸습니다. 일단 정말 다행히 약국장님이 한국인 여성 약사분이셨고, 네이티브 한국어로 너무 친절하게 상담 해주셨어요.ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 제가 정신이 없어서 엄청 징징거렸던거 같은데 친절하게 다 들어주시고 주의사항도 자세히 설명해주셨어요. 진짜 구세주셨음요! 너무 너무 너무 친절하셨고 같은 한국인으로써 정말 자랑스러웠습니다! 혹시나 뮌헨 여행 중에 급하게 건강상담받으실 일이 생기면 말 안통하는 아무 약국 가서 답답해하지 마시고 여기 가셔서 졍확한 상담과 처방 받으시길 추천드립니다!

This pharmacy is the best thing that could have happened to us visitors! They are highly competent, friendly and fast. They ALWAYS have an open ear for the concerns of visitors by explaining, advising and always finding a solution together. With the introduction of their app, the process is even faster - scanning, confirmation and collection! Special people work there who always give their best. They deserve our thanks and respect!!! Very friendly team under new management. The advice is very good and so it is my "medicine cabinet", for which I like to drive from Feldmoching to Hasenbergl 🙂 The "callmyApo" app for mobile phones is a great bonus of the Hasen-Apotheke. For example, you can take a photo of your prescription, send it off and you'll be notified when everything is available. You can also make enquiries and so on. Furthermore, you can register in the system and, if required, you will receive a summary of the co-payments paid --> ideal for the health insurance company when it comes to exemption from co-payments or for tax purposes. In short, I can only recommend the Hasen pharmacy.
