We have been toying with the idea of introducing online video counselling at Hasen Pharmacy for some time now. However, due to the current COVID 19 crisis, we have brought forward our plan and would therefore like to offer you this new form of counselling with immediate effect.
If you cannot visit us in person at the pharmacy for health reasons, you no longer have to do without a personal face-to-face consultation. You can conveniently book one of two daily appointments (Monday to Friday) using the button below. The duration of each appointment is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
Appointment bookingThe good news is that you do not need to install any apps or other software as the counselling takes place directly in the browser of your PC, tablet or smartphone. To participate in the counselling session, all you have to do is click on the link you received in our email to confirm the appointment. At the agreed time, you can then start the counselling session by clicking on the Start conversation button to start. By the way, you can also cancel your appointment at any time under this link and send us a message in advance via the chat.
Please note that this online counselling is exclusively reserved for our registered regular clients. Therefore, you also have to fill out a short questionnaire when booking your appointment.
