We have been toying with the idea of introducing online counselling via video at Hasen Apotheke for some time now. However, due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we have brought our plan forward and would therefore like to offer you this new form of counselling with immediate effect.
If you are unable to visit us in person at the pharmacy for health reasons, you no longer have to miss out on a personal face-to-face consultation. You can conveniently book one of two daily appointments (Monday to Friday) using the button below. The duration of each appointment is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
The good news is that you don't need to install any apps or other software, as the consultation takes place directly in the browser of your PC, tablet or smartphone. To take part in the consultation, all you have to do is click on the link you received in our email to confirm the appointment. At the agreed time, you can then start the consultation by clicking on the Start conversation button. You can also use this link to cancel your appointment at any time and send us a message in advance via the chat.
Please note that this online consultation is reserved exclusively for our registered regular customers. You will therefore also need to complete a short questionnaire when you book your appointment.
