First-aid kit

Whether you are going on holiday to Europe, America, Asia or another continent, or on a business trip, your first-aid kit should be put together well in advance of your holiday and contain carefully checked medicines. The expiry date may have passed, ointments may have dried out and the sun protection products may no longer be up to date.
