How to redeem your e-prescription with the Hasen Apotheke app:
Haven't downloaded the Hasen Apotheke app yet?
- Download the app and install it on your smartphone.
- Either in the App Store for iOS or in the Google Play Store for Android.
Already downloaded the Hasen Apotheke app?
- Log in or register your user account under "Account".
- Click on "Prescription" and then on "Redeem e-prescription" at the bottom.
- Select one of the 3 options, e.g. "Scan health card".
- Then enter the 6-digit access number of your health card. You will find this at the top right of the front of your card.
- Confirm your mobile phone number.
- Scan the electronic health card with the NFC function of your smartphone by holding it to the top left of the back of your smartphone and pressing the "Scan health card" button.
- Select and order the desired e-prescription.
- You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your medication is ready for collection.
- Pick up your medication conveniently at our pharmacy or have it delivered to you with our Messenger service to your home.
