You are also welcome to pre-order medicines and other items from the Hasen Apotheke range from us - either via the ia.de website or the app (available free of charge for Android and iOS). This means that you may not have to come to us a second time if a medicine is not in stock. E-prescriptions are of course also possible, e.g. via your Health card.

Please download the free IhreApotheken app from the App Store or Google Play Store first.
2. registration or guest access
When you open the app for the first time, you have the option of registering. This means you only have to enter your personal details and address once. Of course, you can also simply use the guest account without registering first.

You then have various options for registering Hasen Apotheke as your personal favourite pharmacy.
- Recommended: Share location or enter address manually to choose your favourite pharmacy yourself.
- RecommendedScan the adjacent QR code with the camera of your mobile phone or a QR code app.
- Select the nearest pharmacy.
- Enter your address and find pharmacies nearby.

You can then pre-order your prescriptions from us around the clock. We will contact you immediately via the app during our opening hours as soon as your medication is ready for collection.
Alternative ordering options via Telefon & Gesund.de
You can also contact us on the telephone number 089/31 32 365 or send us your prescription(s) by fax to the number 089/31 39 250 send. Alternatively, you can also send us your original prescription by post.
We also offer you the option of using the Gesund.de App to pre-order. This is available both in the AppStore for iOS as well as in the Google Play Store for Android is available free of charge. You can also add us as your favourite pharmacy here. We look forward to it!
