You are also welcome to pre-order medicines and other items from the Hasen Apotheke range from us - either via our online shop or the Hasen pharmacy app (available free of charge for Android and iOS). This means that you may not have to come to us a second time if a medicine is not in stock. E-prescriptions are of course also possible, e.g. via your Health card.

Please download the free Hasen Apotheke app from the App Store or Google Play Store first.

When you open the app for the first time, you have the option of registering under "Account". This means you only have to enter your personal details and address once. Of course, you can also simply use the guest account without registering first.

3. 24/7 ordering
You can then pre-order your prescriptions from us around the clock. We will contact you immediately by e-mail during our opening hours as soon as your medication is ready for collection.
Alternative ordering options via telephone, Gesund.de & IA.de
You can also contact us on the telephone number 089/31 32 365 or send us your prescription(s) by fax to the number 089/31 39 250 send. Alternatively, you can also send us your original prescription by post.
We offer you for a Limited transition period also offers the option of pre-ordering via the Gesund.de app. This is available both in the AppStore for iOS as well as in the Google Play Store for Android is available free of charge. You can also add us as your favourite pharmacy here. We look forward to it! The same applies to pre-ordering via IA.de and the IA.de apps for iOS and Android.
